Manatee County Stand Down: Veterans Week of Service 2024 [MAN]
Turning Points is preparing for their 26th Annual Manatee County Stand Down at the Manatee County Fairgrounds in Palmetto on Saturday, Nov 2nd!
This Stand Down Event will again focus on helping veterans and community members connect to resources and receive critical needs services. Volunteers can support this event on the following dates/times:
- October 30: 12pm-3pm
- November 1: 8am-12pm
- November 2: 7am-11am
- November 2: 11:30-4pm
Tasks may include:
- Event setup
- Loading/unloading supplies and equipment
- Volunteer check-in
- Greeting
- Photographer
- Cleanup
